"Tyler really went above and beyond for my fiancé and I during our first home purchase! He really made us feel like a priority and I felt as though I could talk to him at any point if I had any concerns. Communication was very clear and constantly open. Tyler was very dedicated, even answering me on weekends and making sure my mind was at ease at the sometimes confusing process of setting up a home loan. If I ever had a question that needed someone more higher up to answer, I didn't have to wait for them to be contacted. That's a great thing about Norcom, they work very well with upper management to make the process so much smoother! I do have to say, one of the best parts of working with Norcom Mortgage in general was that most of the work force are part of a family, giving it that family business feel to it. It felt nice to not only have someone dedicated to our home buying needs, but to also be able to support a local and family business. All in all, I would not only recommend Norcom Mortgage, but Tyler Winn himself. He was extremely dedicated, punctual, and you could tell from just a quick conversation with him that he is going to have your needs and interests in mind when setting up your home loan.
