"I was referred to Tracy at First Home Mortgage by my real estate agent after being approved by a different mortgage company. The agent expressed concern to my quote relating to my interest rate and high amount of closing costs and said it would be in my best interest to speak to Tracy and her team about what options they could offer. Now mind you we had less than twenty four hours to accept a counter offer by the seller of the house my wife and I really liked. Tracy was not in the office but when hearing of our situation she got us in contact with Brad who immediately jumped on the opportunity to assist us. Last minute, with no appointment, Brad went above and beyond my expectations and had us pre approved for a loan in a matter of a couple of hours with a much lower interest rate and lower closing costs. Brad also explained every step of the process and sent documents explaining in detail what they needed from us and why, which I never received from the other company. It honestly felt like I was being trained for a job. Brad was so thorough and personable; by the end of the day I felt like we were good friends. I was worried and stressed that whole day but by the end of the day Brad had exceeded all of my expectations and made sure we were able to accept the offer on the home we now own. Tracy and her whole team are top notch and I have told everyone I know about my great experience and look forward to the next thirty years with all of them.
