The seller's realtor called Todd on a Saturday evening to confirm our financing and Todd was available and took care of everything. We had a short closing and, apparently, my husband and I were the only ones worried - Todd had everything under control. He answered all my first-time-home-buyer questions patiently and then he answered them again when my husband asked them. The amount of customer service received cannot be underrated. I'd read that you should get a local mortgage/finance guy and that advice was 100% correct and I'm soooo glad we went with Todd. Could not recommend more highly."
