"They seemed very busy. I wish they walked you through the process more. I needed to spend a lot of time researching and did not enjoy last minute changes. I understand the mortgage and purchase process is a mess with the market being insanely hot, but still more explanation would have been helpful. Additionally, the mortgage coach was neat, but did not allow the user any control which was frustrating. I ended up writing my own in excel to understand different case scenarios. That was an unnecessary amount of work."
