"She tends to be extremely condescending. I am very intelligent but this is my first time buying, hence "first home" and the nature of the GNND program. She speaks down to people and has a tone of voice that even aggravated my spouse, who is normally level headed. She needs to learn how to talk to people, especially when they can take their investments elsewhere. She often says "it's not my job" instead of redirecting to who can help or taking care of the issue herself. I would not recommend her to anyone. There were many errors and back and forth on what type of loan it had to be. I'm stuck working with a consultant I told we didn't need after we found out it was streamlined. Then we were told it wasn't. This went back and forth and I don't think the consultant appreciated that either. It seemed so unprofessional. The overall rating would be even lower if it weren't for the other staff I worked with. They actually helped me. "

The processor failed to return our calls, a list of needed materials was not provided up front, and when something new was needed it was presented to us as a crisis that put our loan in jeopardy. At every turn there was a brand new person to deal with, and our final closing documents were delivered at the last possible minute, adding to the stress of the situation. I've never had a worse experience of poor customer service."

"I do not believe that I got good service During this process. Although Tammi was on vacation during the phase where I needed to sign documents and had questions, there was no one available to answer the questions. This was very disturbing. Also, the documents were always in accurate! When I pointed this out, the response was this is just the first set. Even the final set of documents hat in accuracies in them which I'm trying to correct at this time, after the fact. I feel that this team showed no regard towards my concerns about an accurate documents. They are concerned with simply getting it through to closing. One of the team members even told me that if we corrected documents it might move the closing date and might affect the interest rate. There was never an opportunity to discuss the specific numbers and what they actually meant. There was always a batch of documents uploaded that I needed to sign, and I always had questions about what I was actually signing, particularly when the numbers did not appear to be accurate. This was not a good experience!"
