"We were scheduled to have settlement at Sean's office. Good thing we arrived a little early because everyone was leaving for the day and did not have our settlement on their schedule. Also, at closing we were supposed to cover all closing costs for the seller. We found out at the settlement table that they had covered it and they were not very pleased. It was also a little confusing working with 3 people from Sean's office. We also had the title company start contacting us which was fine if we knew who the title company was going to be. "
