"I only interacted with Mr. Van Stone via phone and email a couple of times, most of the time was via email with other members of his team (which got confusing when receiving the same exact email from 3-4 different people). While a lot of the online interactions made the process smooth there were times when I posed questions or needed additional explanation that were not addressed until a time crunch drove a response which added unnecessary frustration with the process. Overall was fine, just a few moments of agitation regarding some Maryland specific requirements that had to be sorted through."
