"At first they were nice and seemed like they knew alot about the process including the MMP Program, but alot of misinformation was given. When addressed, blame was put on me since "they didn't know what I was applying for or qualified for" but was given email instructions from the assistant AFTER I APPLIED to not include my mom in the affidavit. Keep in mind my mom ended up moving with me since our lease was up so yeah. But at first she wasn't. Next when we are 3 days from closing the assistant emailed me saying that she needs updated statements from my loans and that it needs to be approved 3 days before I can close. So they delayed my closing and messed up my surgery schedule. Now when I requested I speak to Santana multiple times she stated she is extremely busy and can't. She told me she could call me after she got home from church one time but the email she sent me made it seem like I'm inconvenienceling her so I declined and proceeded to just trust the process. For a lender who works with MMP alot there was alot that was done wrong. Oh and a few days before closing they Emailed me saying they gave me the outdated classes for the grant I needed. So that was stressful to rush and do. Only time I heard from them was when they needed something last minute. And when I would email with followups and questions, I would get no response. I still have emails I haven't got replies too. When I closed I didn't even want to contact them for information about the payments to the loan but I had too. Honestly this was my first home purchase and it caused me so much stress, I would never recommend anyone to do this with this lender. I gave 1 more star just cause I got my house, but even that I can't justify any more."

"A decent company to work with but a lot of confusion around who we were supposed to talk to about what, the agent we were assigned did not know anything and always had to have Santana on calls which meant that we always had to try to coordinate with multiple schedules. They also would send us documents, and expect us just to sign them. As first time homebuyers we wanted to go over each document to discuss. When we expressed this we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable.
