"At first the process was going well. Near time for closing the experience was a disaster. I literally broke down and cried on the phone with my loan officer and my real estate agent after my loan officer told my real estate agent I lied about a conversation concerning Sou Sou. I was invited to join by my loan officer (later I was told by my real estate agent it was a pyramid scheme). After the confrontation, I was literally bed-ridden having panic attacks. I did get a half-handed apology from my loan officer after she stated, "lesson learned" repeatedly on the call. I was so angry, hurt and disappointed. Who would ever expect to go through this to purchase a home? My experience was horrible. "
