"It takes forever to close, he promised 30 days and it took a lot more. I am tired of excuses. His team doesn't know how to communicate, especially when it comes to checking attachments. The loan site did not upload some of my documents, I still had to email them to be put in the folder after several tries. The closing papers were processed at the last minute, nobody was sure if we were going to end in time, I literally signed the papers on the 45th day at 19:00! Never ever use this team again nor recommend it to anybody."
