"Peter left Mortgage Network before our loan was processed. I was not notified of his departure, until after I called to inquire about information I was promised to receive a week prior that was not sent. The other individuals at Mortgage Network seemed really difficult to work with afterwards. I was promised multiple things that either didn't happen or was under delivered. I liked working with Peter, he was prompt to respond to any questions we had. I only stayed with Mortgage Network because I assumed he was still getting the commission for starting the process. If I could have done it over again, I would have gone with different lender, because after Peter left everything changed and we felt like we entered a black hole regarding the progress of our loan. We did not receive confirmation we were going to be able to close until the Friday before our 9:00am closing time on Monday. This is the 4th home purchase I have made, and I always had confirmation of being able to close weeks in advance. I will never use Mortgage Network again."
