The experience couldn't have been more different. The mortgage broker with whom I dealt with in California was proactive in communicating, responsive, always returned calls and made himself available and really gave me the impression that he was looking out for my interests. I didn't need to often speak to Mr Nagel but when I did he was often too busy or failed to return my call as promised. I am pleased with the interest rate but I think Mr Nagel could do a better job communicating and following up with customers."
