"I've purchased 5 homes. This was the only one I had issues with. It's the only one I used this lender! It will be the only one I use this lender for! What a terrible experience! I hope the mortgage servicing is a better experience or they sell my note and the servicing portion. The initial experience was great but once we had the contract, everything fell apart. My stuff was being rejected and I wasn't being told why, So I just resubmitted them of ignored the request because I already submitted them but wasn't told they were rejected and/or why? There was no daily recaps to ensure we were making progress or things needed to get done. I assumed no news was good news. Wrong! When I voiced my frustration at the situation I was treated like crap and or blamed for stuff that wasn't my fault. For example, all the typos. We had the wrong SSN going into underwriting. I was blamed for that. How did I give the wrong SSN if they pulled my credit report as part of pre-qualifications? There was a delay in closing because a document wasn't shipped in time caused a delay that caused me to pay for a small rent back fee. I wasn't even offered to be compensated for it. Again, horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone! "
