"Nathan was fine to work with. The issues occurred with the loan processors, and the underwriters. The first loan processor was too new on the job to understand what was needed and ask for the right documents. Andrew Ho tried his best to get the job done. He persisted and was polite at all times. The Underwriter requested monthly statements and did not understand that there are investment vehicles that print a statement only once a year but yet she insisted we "definitely" had monthly statements. Getting the paperwork to the processor was frustrating at best. Also, there was an issue with the email services, and a lot of pertinent information did not reach the processor as the emails were quarantined. We missed the closing date by 2 weeks, and I attribute that to a lack of efficiency. At least the Attorney assigned to the closing was extremely professional and due the timing of getting the mortgage closed on time, he drove to our house in order to get the job done."
