"I was introduced to Nancy Cooksey-Hoeg in October 2004 by my Real Estate Agent Barb Elphick. I had a sizable deposit on a new house and PFCU was preparing the settlement. Two weeks before the settlement date Barb Elphick asked me to contact PFCU to confirm that PFCU was ready to complete the settlement. PFCU informed me that they would not be able have the settlement on the agreed to date. Barb informed me that I could lose my deposit and the sellers could sue me for failure to complete the sale on the agreed to date. Barb said she knew a mortgage person she trusted and thought she (Nancy) would be able to fix the problem. Two days later I was introduced to Nancy by phone. A few days later Nancy fixed all the problems and the settlement date was scheduled and the purchase was completed on time. On March 19th 2021 Nancy scheduled and completed the Refinancing of my home. She is a great person, an extremely professional person. She is fun to work with and she is able to bring highly qualified professionals into the team. I thank Nancy for introducing me to Janet England (TSO). Nancy and Janet discovered an issue caused years ago and fixed the issue almost overnight. The settlement with Janet was quick, fun and extremely enjoyable. Again thanks to Nancy and Janet for their friendship and professionalism!!! "
