"While the lending process was quick and easy, I was initially very upset that my credit was run before I gave consent. I had asked for a general idea of what rates looked like, I had been provided this before without a hard inquiry, but for some reason Mike's team jumped the gun; I hadn't yet decided if I wanted to wait to see if rates looked like they would drop further before applying for credit. I am very conscious about the impact that multiple inquiries can have on a credit score; therefore, I wanted to wait until I was ready to apply. Mike is very knowledgeable and was available to answer all of my questions whenever I reached out to him."
