"Overall good experience but I was barraged with forms to sign with little or no explanation of why I had to sign them. The credit bureau that they used asked for "over the top information," for instance, conference calls to confirm something they already had in writing from a bank. More consideration should be given to a person's credit rating and personal wealth rather than treating everyone as though they are cheating to get the mortgage. All I got in response was, "US Patriot Act," but I'm sorry that's not an excuse. Someone has to push back against all these regulations and invasions of one's privacy. "
