"Michael was not the first person I worked with at all for a loan. The previous individual was helpful, but at the end of the day, I could never get him. He then started missing dates to order things, would often request the same documentation repeatedly after I just sent it to him, and I ended up losing the deal. Michael was the complete opposite. He called about twice a week just to see how things were going, even when nothing was needed. He was on top of everything the entire time, and was patient when it took me a while to dig up extra documentation and worked with me when my company was bought out right before settlement, which caused a change in my employment status. "
