About Meredith Torr
Meredith became a loan officer after watching her mom dedicate her career to helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. As a second-generation loan officer, she was inspired by the lasting relationships her mom built and the genuine care she showed every client and referral partner. Today, Meredith enjoys helping homebuyers at every stage of life, finding creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals. While she has a special place in her heart for first-time homebuyers, she believes every client deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the homebuying journey. She’s dedicated to being an approachable, caring, and knowledgeable advocate for her clients. A Baltimore County native and James Madison University graduate, Meredith now lives in Locust Point with her husband. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends.
