"Matt is great and extremely experienced in his field. He explains things well and is always available when you need him. During the process though, I felt that the amount of loan documentation requested was excessive, time consuming, and I sometimes felt documents were requested because they were needed for extra coverage. I don't know if the business truly required it, but it felt like we always had to give extra proof of everything throughout the whole process. Ultimately everything worked out, and again Matt was great, but the process and proof of paperwork was extremely taxing. "
