"When I met Matthew Borgerson, I was already under contract for my first home in DC and scheduled to close in 28 days. I'd been working with a lender from a big bank, and when I realized they couldn't support me in the way a local lender could with the DC Open Doors and HPAP programs, I went to the seminar you're required to go to if you want to learn more about these programs. I met Matt there, and he took the time to chat with me that evening after the seminar had ended, and then again the following morning. I immediately knew I was in better hands as he walked me through all the requirements. I was pretty stressed out with trying to sort through everything in less than 30 days. Matt has a very calm, reassuring demeanor, is very knowledgeable about homebuying in DC, and has incredible work ethic.
