"Matt Nader guided us through our first home loan application recently. He was very patient, always available, and open every step of the way. The only downside is that First Home Mortgage subscribes to the idea of using AccountChek - a system that scans through your bank accounts using your provided usernames and passwords. To me this is a gross invasion of privacy and massive personal security risk (and it is strongly advised against by banks, who consider it to be compromising your account, which it is). Thankfully, when I declined to do this, Matt and First Home accommodated me, but I think someone less versed in personal security wouldn't understand the risk. It would be better if First Home never used this software, to better protect their clients."

"When I entered the homebuyer market, my credit rating was shaky (approx 600) Matt Nader counseled me with instructions that raise my score to 650-670 in a month's time. Matt then helped me secure a 30-year fixed mortgage at 5% interest, which was higher than desireable, but I could afford the monthly payments. Most importantly, Matt promised me that if I made timely payments, my credit score would continue to improve and he would help me refinance in 6-9 months at a lower interest rate. Around four months later, I got an email from Matt informing me that interest rates had dropped and he could help me refi with a no cash out refi. True to his word, Matt helped me closed on a new mortgage 6 mos into my brand new home at a fixed 3.5% interest rate and a savings of more than $450 per month. I was also able to reduce the principal of the loan dollar for dollar for my additional principal-only payments made during the first six months. Lastly, my closing costs were no more than my monthly mortgage. First Home Mortgage and Matt Nader's team in particular really work hard to make your first home mortgage an easy and affordable dream come true."
