There were numerous issues that would 'delay the closing' if not completed immediately. I was 'cleared to close' more than once, but then needed to provide more documentation. "Everything was done through email and they never call you even when you ask them to, not once did I have a phone conversation with her or her team. I would call and leave voicemails asking for a return call and instead would receive an email. No personal touch at all. I basically worked with a computer. It was extremely frustrating to deal with Mary and on several occasions she was extremely rude and condescending in her emails. I will never recommend her or Mortgage Network. I am glad that they sold off my loan right away, no more dealing with her or that office."
