I have been in the Mortgage Industry over 30 years, and have helped thousands of clients find the right loan to fit their individual needs. My favorite customers are first time home buyers, and the ability to walk them through the entire home buying process. Tougher Loans and finding a home loan for everyone is my niche. "I've worked with Martha Harvey and Mortgage Network twice and both have been extremely positive experiences. I felt that obtaining the mortgage with Martha and her team was the least stressful part of the home purchase and sale process as there was constant communication and transparency. I refinanced with a large company at some point and the experience was completely different and not in a good way. There was little communication with the larger company and constant stress as I also seemed to get passed from one person to another within that company and no real main point of contact. Martha is also someone that prefers to be a little conservative with the numbers initially so there are no real surprises which I feel is not always the case with many lenders where it can go in the opposite direction. All in all, with Martha and Mortgage Network, I felt I was always being taken care of."
