"The processes of buying a home can be stressful as we all know. My experiences was a very unexpected and troublesome. I appreciate Mark's commitment to working on holidays/events when completing task that were at hand. However, I felt that I wasn't getting the answer I needed midway and towards the end of my loan process. Although he would always answer calls, he could/would not give me time frames, estimated down payments, and future problems I could except. I exchanged my third party homeowners insurance company with Mark and they said they had a hard time receiving information from him. The settlement date changes made this process awful. I had five settlements dates which was not expected. I personally feel Mark didn't know the Maryland mortgage program would push our original settlement date back by a month but the communication regarding this issue was lacking. He is a smart enough guy to know that pushing my settlement date 2-3 business days ahead wasn't enough time for the MMP, causing frustration and aggravation. The portal I used was not set up correctly for me to upload files. I would never receive any updates. I was the one that had to make phone calls and send emails to get half-ass answer. Thank you"
