"Lee was attentive and reachable whenever I had questions about the mortgage process. He was also extremely helpful and proactive with getting my finances in order even before my pre-approval. My only complaint would be that I was blindsided with extra closing costs the day before closing, but I'm not sure who's to blame for that."
