"I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin Walsh. He was recommended to me by a friend because I was having trouble qualifying for a refi due to my unique circumstances. I'm self employed and also rent out rooms in my home. Even though I have excellent credit and a refi would lower my monthly bills, because the rental income didn't count I couldn't qualify. Kevin came up with a unique solution that no other lender ever suggested which was to have my mom co-sign so a small portion of her income would allow me to qualify on paper. Kevin was attentive and especially good with my 83 year old mom helping her through all the daunting paperwork, especially the electronic kind. I will recommend him and First Home to anyone I know who is looking to refinance or get a mortgage. "
