"Kelly and Main Street Home Loans were an absolute pleasure to work with! Kelly was a constant professional and it felt like Kelly was basically a family member when working with her due to her warmth and willingness to help. The timing worked out well as I was linked up with Kelly via word of mouth and started to fill out the paper work when my wife and I found our absolute dream home that same week. Kelly worked extra quickly to get my application pre-approved so we could place an offer right away in this crazy market. In the end, I think we toured the house, got pre-approved, and placed an offer on the home in about 48 hours time. Thankfully our offer was accepted and we got the home all thanks to Kelly and her team! I appreciated through the process how Kelly was available basically at anytime during the day or evening for a phone call to go over the specifics of my mortgage application and the closing process. I also appreciated how she laid out in a personalized excel sheet which I could edit to see how much my mortgage would be and what my closing costs would look like. After about 3 weeks, we were able to close and my wife and I are settling into our first home. I know for sure we could not have done it without Kelly and her teams help! Would definitely recommend them, especially in this crazy housing market in NOVA right now that requires fast workers. "

"Working with Kelly was amazing and very easy. She and her team were on top of all of my questions and concerns. A condo I'd wanted went on the market on New Years Day and Kelly & her team were one of the only lenders I was able to get in contact with in order to confirm details for an offer. Unfortunately, I can't say Main Street Home Loans (or NFM Lending) had my best interests at heart. My loan was immediately sold to Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) and a quick internet search shows that this company is in the habit of purposefully swindling it's customers by fasley claiming mortgages haven't been paid, failing to pay property taxes from escrow, and unnecessarily increasing escrow payments. Mr. Copper is rated a 1.2 with the Better Business Bureau and I NEVER would have picked Mr. Cooper as my mortgage servicer. Surely NFM is aware of their bad history. I must assume they just did not care enough about what my experience would be. "
