"We were told we could move in to our house with the money we had provided for 45 days prior to settlement. Moving truck packed, furniture bought. 12 hours prior to settlement Ms. Senkbeil called and we were told we needed $22,000 to settle due to an error on her part. Incredibly heartbreaking ad disappointing, we never settled and lost the house, money on the moving truck and paid for storage for furniture we could not use for almost a year $118 a month until we found another home. WE were put in a terrible situation unbeknownst to us until literally hours before settlement, I am still to this day very brokenhearted over this. This was an error that should have NEVER happened just HOURS before our move. "
