As a loan officer, I educate current and prospective homeowners about mortgage loan programs to help achieve financial and personal goals related to homeownership. We have programs for first time home buyers, repeat buyers, and investors to purchase or refinance a residential property. We lend on single family homes, multi-family properties from two to four units, condominiums, co-ops, and other residential properties. We offer conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, rehab / renovation, and other specialized loan programs. We also work with many agencies to provide down payment assistance (e.g. SONYMA, NJHMFA, etc.).
