"Jeff, as nice as he is was not competent when it came time to give the estimate of the mortgage. He did not do his research to give us an decent estimate for our property taxes. On closing day, after we closed on the home, we learned the mortgage payment would be 300 dollars more than initially thought. Jeff, told me that this was the real estate agents job'€¦. This is not the case and I believe he was passing off the blame. This was entirely unacceptable. Moreover, we were not even notified of the change in the estimate. My guess is, you all didn't want to lose the business and inform the client in case we backed out. It's too bad we couldn't use Ana as she's clearly knows how to do her job. I look forward to having my mortgage sold to another servicing company since you made your fees and can walk away. "
