"Jeff saved us money versus another lender, however the FHA process is quite demeaning and both lender and mortgage brokers need to find a better way of communicating and working with borrowers. Telling us that we have to document every penny in our accounts to prove we are not doing anything illegal to show closing money is just an unacceptable way to talk to clients. While we are very thankful for Jeff's help in obtaining our loan and home, the whole process was very disheartening and left us feeling like we were less then worthy. And that we should just be happy that anyone was even willing to work with us. "
