The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was a slight mix up with the closing costs. It was requested that the invoices for the home inspection and septic inspection be paid thru closing but those charges were not added to the closing costs. I admit that this is something I should have caught when I reviewed the final numbers, and it was only a minor inconvenience, but it was an inconvenience."

"We had been looking for options to refinance for several years. We had the unfortunate position of being moved as a result of my military service. There were several programs available for active duty members to help refinance houses that are underwater. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of them because we were not living in our house while we rented it out. Many of the large companies did not seem at all motivated to help us out, even though we were a safe bet. Our house was appraised for this refinance and although we now had equity, we still required additional funds to make up the difference that a VA could refinance us into. Jim was able to find that financing at a reasonable rate, thereby lowering our costs substantially. It was a huge relieve especially given that I had retired from one job and had just started a new position."
