"My experience started off great and as time went on Pat stop responding to my questions or emails timely. Pat also had my settlement delayed awaiting for PHFA approval and I never qualified for PHFA due to my income. This causes me to have to come out of pocket with more money at closing then I was quoted, pay an higher interest rate because I was no longer locked in for the lower rate and I also had to extend my lease paying a much higher rate for month to month. His lack of knowledge caused my a lot of stress and lot of money in the end. "
