She even helped us to secure a better loan for our home. Though we wished communication was a little more frequent and clear, we had to understand that we were not her only customers. For example, having a specific date/time frame as to when credit would be pulled would have been super helpful to us as customers as we were trying really hard to get the best credit ever.
