"While going through the process of buying my first home, I began the loan application process with both Glen as well as a big national bank. It became quickly apparent what a gem Glen was. He was always a phone call away from dispelling whatever doubt or clearing up any question I had, and there were too many to lay out here! The biggest help was when Glen figured out how to factor my wife into our loan amount qualification, a complicated issue as she had just moved to the US and lacked a credit history. The big bank flatly told us this was impossible and I'd have to qualify for an amount based on my salary alone. Glen's flexibility opened up so many new possibilities and I credit for helping us to achieve the house in which we currently live and love."
