"While going through the process of buying my first home, I began the loan application process with both Glen as well as a big national bank. It became quickly apparent what a gem Glen was. He was always a phone call away from dispelling whatever doubt or clearing up any question I had, and there were too many to lay out here! The biggest help was when Glen figured out how to factor my wife into our loan amount qualification, a complicated issue as she had just moved to the US and lacked a credit history. The big bank flatly told us this was impossible and I'd have to qualify for an amount based on my salary alone.
