He was transparent, responsive, and committed to assisting us. We submitted applications with several lenders including local, credit unions, and on-line lenders. Not only were the rates and costs offered by Main Street the most competitive, but Geof and his staff managed to meet what could have been an impossible closing date. Geof was honest throughout the process that the closing date may experience minor delays due to matters outside of his control (which we verified) but assured us that he would do everything he could to meet that date. He delivered on that promise and we closed on that date. There were no surprises or delays at the closing table. I truly attribute Geof's accessibility and communication to our successful transaction. Purchasing a home can be a stressful and time-consuming process.
