"I first met Eric at a workshop put on by my employer, and though home ownership was a definite goal of ours, we thought that it would be far off in the future, due to some past mistakes and credit challenges. Thanks to Eric, though, we were able to realize our dreams far sooner than we would have imagined--he and his team gave us a list of fairly simple recommendations that were actually easy to carry out, and he had us ready for pre-approval within a month! Our situation was relatively complicated, because though we had never bought a home before, I had inherited a property, which complicated our status as first-time home buyers. Eric and his entire team were so patient, though, and Eric was able to get us qualified as first-time Maryland buyers, so that we could enjoy a superbly low interest rate and several other perks through a USDA loan. Everyone I met throughout this process, from our realtor to the insurance agency to our closing attorney, vouched for Eric and his team's professionalism, and it became very clear to my husband and I that First Home Mortgage is the best in the business. No matter what the question, Eric, Alex, or Freida were able to get back to us quickly, and though all of this was completely foreign territory for me, the team walked me through each step to help make the process less intimidating.
