"Lack of communication throughout our mortgage process was very concerning. Not only did I end up with a higher interest rate because my loan officer did not communicate that interest rates were rising, the closing team could not get itself coordinated at the time of closing. There were some outside issues that arose on the sale of my current property that were clearly communicated to the closing team, yet they were slow to react and even slower to correct the issues that they created, leading to my closing process to take 4 business days. It was a very disconcerting process, and not one that I will repeat with Mortgage Network next time I need a new mortgage."
