The mortgage process on the other hand has gotten more complicated, circuitous and painful. It would be helpful if the multiple agencies that were involved could share information in a more streamlined fashion. Filling out paperwork with the exact same information multiple times is frustrating to say the least. It was not an easy, quick, fluid or obvious process. If I wasn't saving thousands of dollars I definitely wouldn't do this. I feel bad for those that need a refinance more but don't have the patience or veracity to stick to this arduous process."
