"I was referred to Dave and reached out to him about refinancing my existing 2nd, which had ballooned to double-digit interest rates after our intro teaser rate had expired. Because my home is in California, Dave's company couldn't do a new loan for me. That didn't stop him. He reached out to lenders throughout New England and followed up w/me w/in 48 hours w/a credit union in NY that he had already researched, prescreened for me, and practically had me preapproved. Mind you, Dave nor his company brokered the loan. He earned $0 and did this all out of his natural self being of just wanting to help me after I went to him and hearing our situation. We closed our refinance 45 days later @ a new 6.9% rate for the next 15 months w/no costs, no points, $0! I'm incredibly appreciative of Dave and how much he helped my wife and I getting this deal done. I cannot say enough about highly I regard Dave and can't recommend him enough. Thank you, again, Dave!"
