When I brought the issues to Clint's attention, all he did was make excuses. I am a reasonable person, but as a customer in a large transaction, excuses are the last thing I want to hear. One or two of the members of Clint's team definitely need further training on the expectations of underwriters, how to organize document requests as not to put the customer in a stressful situation. Anticipation of what your customer will need, smooth and constant communication, will make a mortgage process move as painless as possible. I have experienced great customer service with other mortgage companies. With Mortgage Network, I and my co-borrower just let out a big sigh of relief it was OVER. Never again. Clint needs to take responsibility, and leave excuses behind."
