From the moment we connected to the "congrats on closing" text, Cliff was literally the light that guided us through the terrifying forest that was our first mortgage application, and he did so with an infectiously optimistic attitude. I made the grave error of relying on a bank for our mortgage at first. After learning that we wouldn't qualify because we were ~$4,000 short, my realtor (Dan Moriarty at Century 21 AllPoints) gave me Cliff's contact information for a second opinion. Cliff called me immediately after the introduction, 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening, and spent that night assuring me that everything would be okay. At every turn during the mortgage process, Cliff was there to explain the logistics and what the next step would be. I found it hard to feel stressed because Cliff literally resolved any anxieties that we had. I am thankful every day for Cliff's assistance.  There's truly no need to overwhelm yourself when applying for/qualifying for a mortgage. Just let Cliff handle it. He will help you get home."

"After multiple emails confirming an appraisal rebate would occur, the final costs did not include. We had to again request that the agreement be honored. In addition, several issues regarding the appraisal existed. We were told that money be held in escrow because the construction was not completed. However, AllPoints acknowledged the appraisal was completed but did not properly communicate. I found the whole experience with AllPoints very substandard. I felt like I was not being heard when questions were asked. And I felt like I was purposely being taken advantage. I am very disappointed. I selected the company based on a realtor recommendation. Perhaps other locations are more efficient. But the one we dealt with, I would have trouble recommending."
