"Chris was patient and answered all of my questions - even if I asked the same thing multiple times. He was available almost immediately everytime I reached out, or he'd call me right back. My only issue was an error in copying my correct email address into the system, but I don't believe this was Chris' error. The error delayed my closing and caused some stress in my moving process. Chris apologized and did his best to try and remedy the situation."
