"This is clearly a "soft" rating. Rating Chris personally throughout this process is difficult. He is probably worthy of a higher rating, but his efforts seem to have been reduced by outside vendors: the appraiser in New Hampshire and the law firm , both of whom seem to have dropped the ball on numerous occasions--Law firm had some major gaffes, which were embarrassing for Chris in the end. Chris did accept ultimate responsibility in the end, but to what extent he is responsible (to be fair) is very difficult to rate because of the external chaos. "
