"We were working with another lender who seemed a bit scattered in his delivery of information. With my fiancé' and I being first-time homebuyers, it was important to understand absolutely everything. We saw that our builder had a preferred lender in First Home Mortgage and reached out to Chris for further assistance. This was truly a match made in heaven. He was nothing short of the perfect loan officer, confidant and expert throughout this process. We had a lot of questions (I'm sure some were repeat ones) but he was patient and attentive to each one. He accommodated our schedules and made sure that both of us were ready for this step and confident in taking it. Even with matters that were not lender-related, Chris was right there to lend advice and resources. We were told at closing that not many lenders show up to the closing meeting - Chris did and was ready with even more tools and "keep-in-minds" for us to ensure the transition was smooth.
