My lawyer even asked how I was able to obtain my financial information so quick. Carolyn worked very closely with my real estate agent to prepare multiple loan approval letters as we needed 3 contracts before getting an accepted offer. When we were requested to be able to settle within 19 days and only 13 working days I was worried until she said we would be ready well before the closing date. She had the appraiser at the property in less than 24 hours after receiving the ratified contract.
