Candis Pelham entered the mortgage industry after changing careers; previously she worked in federal government contracting as a contract specialist. Candis is thriving in this industry because she is fueled by helping clients accomplish their dreams of homeownership. She prides herself on helping clients obtain funding, improve their credit, and create generational wealth. Candis was born and raised in the DMV area, and currently resides in Waldorf, MD with her husband, Shawn, and their six children. She loves being a mom and spending time with her family, and enjoys cooking and traveling in her free time.
