"Extremely unpleasant and disorganized. We almost did not close because our closing documents were incorrect. The title company had to call Bruce, who did not answer. One of his colleagues had to fix the problems and re-send the forms to the title company, which took several hours. It was extremely nerve-wracking and unpleasant. No one from First Home Mortgage ever apologized for this, nor for any of the many other problems we encountered in the process. I am glad we never have to deal with First Home Mortgage or Bruce ever again."
