"Working with Bruce and his team was truly a blessing. From the very first moment there was immediate reaction and constant communication. I was preapproved in less then 24 hours - which was incredibly helpful because I found the house I wanted in less than 2 days and put an offer on it right away. The closing date was set for 30 days after that and I was assured throughout that they would be able to ratify the loan in time. And they did! A fully orchestrated team appeared and seamlessly worked the details with urgency but also always politeness. I had email updates almost every day from the processors. And Bruce was always either a phone call or text away - even after hours. He repeatedly checked in with me to ask if I had any questions or to let me know what was happening and handled coordination as needed with realtors and others. You really can't ask for a smoother, less stressful approach to a mortgage. And they locked in on an interest rate that was far below what the banks were quoting me.
